Muskegon River between historic Croton and Hardy Dams.
This is the perfect place to slow your pace, relive favorite memories from childhood summers at the lake and create a great fish story!
Discover the abundance of local wildlife from your private dock you can observe swans, blue heron, turtles, ducks, geese and maybe even the elusive bald eagle--all in their natural habitat. Catch a glimpse of resident deer feeding nearby, or watch as wild turkeys wander out from the woods. These encounters with wildlife will create special vacation memories.

Weekly or nightly base rates are for up to
four guests. Rates per extra guest are $50-$60
each per week or $8-$10 each per night,
depending on season. (Call for exact rates.) Maximum of eight guests allowed, not including infants and toddlers. Weekend rates prevail on eve of holidays. Two-night minimum stay. Only weekly reservations accepted for July and August more than 30 days prior to arrival. Refundable $100 damage/excess cleaning deposit due at time of arrival.
Pets accepted on an individual basis. There is a $50 damage/excess cleaning deposit for a pet plus a $15 rental fee for up to one week.
